MIT Club of Boston Annual Potluck Party
Saturday, December 13, 2008, 6:30PM - 8:30PM

Join us to celebrate the season at our annual MIT Club of Boston
Potluck party. Delight us with your favorite potluck dish (appetizer,
entree, bread, salad, or dessert), or for those who don't cook,  perhaps something from your favorite store.

The party will be held at the new Thirsty Ear Pub and a cash bar will be offered. Please indicate what  type of dish you plan to bring.  We have limited space, so RSVP early to insure that we keep a place for you. This is a great opportunity to meet other members of the Club and/or to get involved and share ideas.

Guests are welcome, just register your guest when given the option.

The Thirsty Ear is now located at the northeast corner of Ashdown House, 235 Albany St. at the intersection of Albany St. and Pacific
St. on the MIT campus. The entrance is through the courtyard.

League levels vary between A, B, and C, depending on sport.

  •     A – Experienced players who may have been playing together for some time.
  •    B - Majority of team has played the sport but not necessarily on a formal team.
  •    C - A casual league for those who have never played or wish to play leisurely.  This league is often played without referees.

Individual one time team fees are $16 (members) / $20 (non-members) per person per sport. Please note that Bowling and Ice Hockey have an additional fee of $30.  Air Pistol has an additional fee of $3.

We are also offering an IM Season Pass this year. This pass will give you a $16/$20 discount to all IM sports for the season. This means most sports will be free. The IM season pass is $32 for current MIT Club of Boston members and $40 for non-members. If you haven't renewed your July 2008-June 2009 MIT Club of Boston membership, you can do so at http://bostonclub.mit.edu/join/

When you use the form to signup, you can only signup for one sport at a time. If you are just buying a one time pass, just pick that option and select your sport.

If you wish to signup for more than one sport with the IM season pass, you will need to fill the form up multiple times. For the first sport you signup for, pick the option to pay for the $32/$40 season pass. For each subsequent sport, select the option that says you are an IM season pass holder.
